• Payment & Billing Information: Payment card details processed securely through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Technical & App Data: Device model, operating system version, app diagnostics, crash logs, and IP address.

We use the collected information for essential operational and customer service purposes:

• Dispatching mobile Level 3 fast-charging vehicles directly to your vehicle's location.
• Managing your monthly subscription, billing recurring fees, and processing service transactions.
• Sending real-time service updates, technician arrival notifications, and account management alerts.
• Verifying eligibility for complimentary service calls (e.g., verifying SOC ≤ 10% inside primary coverage zones).
• Improving response vehicle routing, coverage zone planning, and overall service quality.

Precise location access is required to deliver mobile charging to your vehicle. Location tracking is active when you submit a charging request or enable location permissions in our mobile application.

You can disable background location access at any time through your mobile device settings; however, doing so will prevent us from automatically detecting your vehicle location during dispatch calls.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

SIR CHARGE does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service partners to operate our business:

• Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and SMS notification services bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Field Technicians: Location, vehicle details, and contact info provided to response drivers assigned to your dispatch.
• Legal & Safety Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of users, emergency services, or the public.
