Our core mobile Level 3 rapid response fleet operates 24/7/365 within the Core Metro Detroit boundaries. Active subscribers located inside these counties receive priority dispatching without additional zone premiums.

2. Extended Service Zone (~100 miles)
The following Michigan counties are situated within our secondary tier up to approximately 100 miles from our central fleet hub. Service requests dispatched to these regions may be subject to additional delivery charges and extended wait times depending on active traffic conditions.

These boundaries represent the outer limits (~95–110 miles) of our mobile recharge delivery capabilities. Response availability is determined dynamically based on vehicle capacity, and premium long-distance logistics fees apply to all requests.

The following vehicles utilize standard Combined Charging System (CCS1) hardware protocols paired with ~400V architectures and accept our rapid emergency mobile boost at peak delivery rates:

5. Tesla Configurations (Conditional)
Tesla models are fully supported natively or via conversion connections. However, hardware variants from model years 2022 and older must have CCS1 adapter support enabled within their onboard vehicle firmware settings to process mobile charging safely.

6. High-Voltage Vehicle Exclusions
Vehicles utilizing dedicated high-voltage battery architecture platforms (typically 800V system profiles) are currently not supported, may not charge, or may charge poorly through standard emergency mobile truck delivery:
- Hyundai Ioniq 6
- Kia EV9
- Genesis GV60
- Porsche Taycan / Macan Electric
- Lucid Air
